| The Rules of FRMC |

| The membership rules of similar to many clubs but with FRMC the emphasis is on the members who must be prepared to work for the good of the motorcycle community. |

|
| Fees:
Joining fee is 2,000 pesos. (mostly to cover cost of patches)
Monthly subscription is 250 pesos per month or 1,400 pesos for six months if paid in advance.
Fines
Showing up at any club meeting without colors is 50 pesos fine.
No show at any mandatory meeting is 200 pesos fine.
No show at any mandatory ride is 500 pesos fine.
Meetings and rides
Every Tuesday at Starbucks Rockwell is considered a club meeting.
Unless otherwise notified the meeting on the first Tuesday of each month is a mandatory meeting.
Members should join a minimum of one overnight ride and 12 official rides in any period of one year.
Official rides will usually be designated as such in advance but any ride where 60% or more of the local members attend is automatically an official ride.
Expulsion of a member
A member may be considered for expulsion for the following reasons:
Fines or membership fees outstanding for any period of four months
Failing to participate in the minimum number of meetings and/or rides
Failing to show up at three mandatory meetings within a four month period.
Serious conduct unbecoming to the club.
Conditions
Fines may be waived at the discretion of the President or in his absence, a Vice President.
Expulsion may only be carried out when decided by a specially convened committee. This committee will consist of the President or in his absence the Vice President, an independent member nominated by the member under consideration and an independent member agreed upon by both the member under consideration and the President. |
